My FIVE Ways A Yes Attitude Can Influence The People Around You

Do you find it hard to become a yes person even if its something you really want to do?

These are the new habits you need to make…

Becoming a yes person greatly changes your life. As you learn more, enjoy more, and engage more; you start to live your life to the fullest.

As human beings, we do not live in a vacuum: whatever we do affects or influences others in many ways.

When we get to practice the yes mentality lifestyle, not only do we feel the changes in our life, but others tend to notice also.

This tends to influence them in various aspects too. Let us check how the power of yes affects those around us who get to witness our changes and lifestyle approach.

  1. They feel inspired by your vitality and positivity

It takes some optimism and vitality to be a yes person. People who adopt the yes lifestyle generally develop a vibrant and magnetic personality.

They feel their lives are now fuller and fulfilling and thus they tend to be aglow. This attracts others and inspires them to be more active in life.

They will be eager to work around you and to be a part of your project as the energy you show is infectious.

This all helps to develop solid and meaningful relationships with others, either at work or in the family. People find it easier and relaxing to be around those who seem at peace with themselves. We are more endearing when we are optimistic.

  1. People develop confidence in you

Having a yes attitude means you become the person who delivers when it comes to things you have promised.

You are generally active and you follow projects right to their fruition. As people around you notice how much you can walk the walk, they see you as a reliable and dependable associate.

They develop some deep confidence in you and thus they bring more projects to you. This in turn opens up many opportunities for you, and many other people will thus be influenced by your manner of doing things.

As the circle of people who have developed confidence in you grows, your positive influence gets to affect many people’s lives.

  1. Others will view you as an interesting person

A life of yes is a life of many interesting adventures and experiences. It is a life of personal growth and fulfillment.

This means people will find you very much interesting to talk to as your field of knowledge is vast and rich. You will become like a renaissance man, a person of wisdom, and deep insights.

The self-confidence that comes with the experience you have will make you eloquent and astute in your speech.

People will generally come to you for advice and help. They will be more inclined to listen to you and seek you out at gatherings and social events. This, in turn, helps you grow even more when it comes to your social life. And your life becomes more fulfilling.

  1. People will look up to you as a leader

People generally want a competent, apt, confident, and wise leader. These are the qualities that usually manifest themselves when you gain more experience.

As a person who grabs opportunities and who is eager to learn, one who adapts the yes philosophy in life is likely to be able to rise up the ranks.

They are usually sought after to become leaders and counselors in different enterprises, whether business or social interactions.

This is because their confidence, skills, and knowledge – horned through many activities and adventures – make them stand out as exceptional beings. And thus other learn to see you as a leader and exemplary peer.

  1. You influence them to adopt the yes attitude too

People always look for good examples to follow. They want good models in life. When others get to see how much you have progressed in personal growth, they too will feel inspired to tread in your footprints.

Your diligent work and efficacy will be the template of what they too can achieve in life if they dare enough to start saying yes.

It is usually the actions that we carry out and how we hold ourselves that influence others more than the things we say.

In conclusion, remember that every action you take can be witnessed by others. Even the subtlest of changes, things that we barely notice ourselves, can have a huge impact on others’ decisions and actions.

Yet do not do things in order to be noticed by others. Walk your mile with honest determination, say yes to opportunities, and do not fall into the trap of pleasing others.

The works we do and the personal growth that results from the ventures we take will all be made manifest in time. And you will see how much others will be influenced by these small steps you are taking.

Remember, I believe in you much love

Right on Ronni, I also believe you attract the energy you want to give out. If you’ve been dwelling on the negative side of things no doubt it will reflect on the outside. I love being surrounded by people who lift you up, definitely would want to be that person as well. Working on it 😉
