You Can be Better, The Answer is Within
Do you believe in yourself that you can be better? You are born with a library of wisdom, power, qualities and abilities.
They are the sparks in you awaiting to become a roaring flame by the reason of your decisions and actions. You may be going through life without recognising your powers, but one day you’d run into something you want to do.
What would it feel like when YOU suddenly realised what you really want to do in your life?
It’s like that ‘something’ that touches you, and sparks an excitement in you. When you finally acknowledge the talents and abilities that you have been ignoring for years, and suddenly you feel obligated to make up for all that lost time.
Maybe this time you need to consider taking the decision to draw your power out. Then are you willing to take action to find out what you can do to achieve that something? What does it mean when you suddenly realise that this is what I’ve been wanting to do for years? You start to wonder why it took you this long to figure it out.
There are several factors that can be a distraction to finding purpose.
Maybe you got caught up with things in life; like getting married, having babies, working in a job you dislike, or going through a divorce, or a breakup, or maybe you’ve been bullied in the past or in the present, maybe you’ve been depressed for a long time.
All these factors, and more, can make you shy away from finding yourself, not allowing the sun to shine in your life. This happens to us all when we see something that we always wanted to do. For example; when I finally allowed myself to be happy and let go of my past, I wanted to get back into my passion which is coaching and teaching.
Why did I stop?
I actually stopped without realizing I did. I was bullied constantly and had dark clouds hanging around me all the time. I didn’t allow the sun to shine in me, I didn’t allow my mind to be open to opportunities. I stopped thinking about myself, my life and what I wanted to do in my life.
That continued until I received a letter telling me to make something wonderful happen for my life. So, I healed my life I created new habits then everything changed. I changed the way I was thinking about myself. This helped me to regain my passion in coaching and teaching.
That’s when I made the decision to go back to coaching and teaching. It didn’t just stop at making the decision, I also had to take the action to make this happen. I found a place with no distractions and wrote down my goals.
It takes a moment to make you realise the things you’ve been wanting to do. You just must draw your own power to do that something you’ve always wanted to do.

Your mind is the strongest and the most useful power you possess. All thoughts passing through your mind are responsible for everything that happens in your life.
How can you use your mind power to get what you want …
You must decide what you really want. This is important, no one can decide this for you, only you can make this decision.
Be willing to dream big.
It is a great feeling when you dream big, however you have to make this a reality! Remember that something you want that something you’ve been thinking about?
Turn your dreams into goals and objectives.
Write the goals down so you can work towards achieving that goal.
Don’t hold back no matter what that negative self-talk says to you!
In discovering that something you want, you have to focus on what you can control, which in turn connects you to what you want in life. This is the awareness that you have to control what you think. It is through your decisions and actions that you continually achieve independence and freedom.

Deciding
When you are deciding to take action, you must think with a clear mind. Find a quiet place where you can sit and write your thoughts down. As you’re deciding, you must have the courage and the strength to battle your thoughts. Thoughts of being inadequate, or inefficient. You have to believe in yourself.
You will have to develop positive thoughts and subsequently, positive life and that special life you’ve been dreaming of. It’s important that you develop the power to focus on what you can control. You must focus on what you want, NOT what you do not want.
Attract
You must attract the life you want. To do this, you follow your heart. Let your heart do the guiding. Tune into the dream and see the BIG picture, don’t get stuck in the small things. Develop an emotional self-mastery by following your intuition and keeping your head clear.
Believe
It is important to BELIEVE in yourself. If you’re not believing in yourself time is now to create a new habit and start believing in yourself. Believing in yourself is truly an important part of your life.
LIFE doesn’t come with a guidebook.
You have something of real value and something unique to offer yourself. If you ever get stuck, stop for a moment because that something you’re looking to achieve could be hidden. Sometimes, we might have to go in a different direction to get there.

Having a plan is important, and if you have problems making decisions, the best thing to do is to get other people’s opinions. Folks with disorders like ADHD often have trouble settling on a plan, so that’s why if you have a problem like that, or you’re just not sure what you want to do, you should just brainstorm as many things you’d like to do as you can, and get help from a trusted friend or family member who can help you decide on a plan, that way it doesn’t seem so overwhelming.
